In their places, are deep kettle drums made of heavy gauge stainless steel that allow intense fire to tenderize chicken and seal in natural juices. Our specially formulated batter withstands high temperatures, and creates a marvelous, crackling, crisp, non-greasy chicken, bursting with flavor.
