Refund policy

All purchases are final sale, and not eligble for refund unless the item is received damaged or opened. In order to report an issue, you can contact us at hello@honeyskettle.com. We must receive picture documentation to be considered for a refund or store credit.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
If there is an issue with your product, we will offer to exchange it for a new product. We cannot accept a return on perishable items.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request and photos. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
