Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of a significant delay in your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Economy: Estimated delivery in 5-8 business days.
  • Standard: Estimated delivery in 3-4 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, customs delays for international shipments).

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally. Please check back in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your shipment. Please allow  24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We currently do/do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Issues or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipment, please contact us at hello@honeyskettle.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Changes to Shipping Address

Once an order has been processed, we cannot make changes to the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.
