CHEF VINNY BROUGHT HIS NEW, OLD-FASHIONED CONCEPT OF FRESH-FRIED CHICKEN AND WARM, BUTTERY BISCUITS TO LIFE IN WHAT LATER BECAME KNOWN AS THE TEST KITCHEN. THROUGH THE PILLARS OF FAMILY TRADITIONS AND LOVE, HE DROVE HIS OLD GREEN VOLVO TO THE CORNER BUILDING EVERY DAY AND DEVELOPED RECIPES THAT WARMED THE HEARTS AND STOMACHS OF THE CITY. ONE BEING COMP10’S VERY OWN DEMAR DEROZAN AND HIS FAMILY.
